I bought a game. How do I get it into my library?+
Every purchase comes with a key (for Vortex it looks like VRTX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX), shown on your order page and in your order emails. Redeem it here while signed in, and the game stays in your library with its downloads, updates and browser version.
I lost my key or my download link.+
Recover it with the email you paid with and your Stripe receipt number at vortex.anhhi.net/store/recover. If that doesn't find it, email us from that address and we'll sort it out.
My key says it has already been redeemed.+
A key can be redeemed on one account. If it wasn't you, email us with your receipt number and we'll move it to the right account.
I forgot my password.+
Email us from the address on your account with your username, and we'll help you back in.
How do refunds work?+
Games bought directly from us can be refunded in full within 14 days: email us with your receipt number. Copies bought on the App Store, Steam or another store are refunded through that store. See the terms of sale.
How do I play Vortex online with friends?+
Choose ONLINE CO-OP on the game's title screen to join an open crew or make a private room and share its invite code. Browser players and the Mac, Windows and Linux versions play together. You need Vortex in your library: redeem your key, then approve the code the game shows at games.anhhi.net/link. Offline play and couch co-op never need an account.
I bought Vortex on the App Store. Can I play online?+
Yes. Choose ONLINE CO-OP in the game and approve its code with your Anhhi Games account. The game checks your App Store purchase with Apple and adds Vortex to that account; you don't need a key. One App Store purchase links to one account.
How do my high scores get on the leaderboard?+
In the game, open Options, then ACCOUNT, and link it to your account. Your best runs post automatically from the browser, Mac, Windows, Linux and iPhone; a score set offline waits and posts later.
Can I delete my account or see my data?+
Yes. Delete your account yourself under Account, then Settings (the game's Options, then ACCOUNT links there too), or email us from the address on your account. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
